Amritsar train tragedy: 'Remember bodies flying'
“I just remember bodies of people including children flying. I later found my cousin, dead, at a distance,” a survivor recalled. Many also lost their lives in the stampede that followed the scramble when the train hit. A crestfallen Gurjit, who had brought the bodies of his father and sisters for postmortem, said that his family has been wiped out in the accident.
