Savita Oil Technologies has signed an agreement with Tata Motors to manufacture and supply oils for the Indian carmaker’s passenger vehicles. The oils, including engine and transmission oils and lubricants, will be sold under the brand 'Tata Motors Original Oils' and will be available at authorised Tata parts distributors, workshops and dealerships.
The partnership between the Savita Oil Technologies and Tata Motors is meant to help the carmaker provide its customers with ease access to products that suit their models, thereby creating a better aftersales experience for buyers of Tata cars.
Commenting on the announcement S. N. Barman - Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We want to ensure world-class service, spares and consumables for all the after-sales needs of our customers. With this introduction, we will ensure easy availability of recommended engine oils for our car buyers, for the long-term health and maintenance of their vehicles.”
